Float is an innovative application designed to assist students in managing their essay writing tasks by breaking down the overall word count into daily, achievable goals. By simply entering the title of the essay, its total word count, and the submission deadline, users can receive a tailored daily word count, eliminating the stress of last-minute writing.

In addition to essay management, Float is also beneficial for readers, providing insights on how many pages to read in order to meet specific deadlines.

The app features a unique social component called "Essay Tennis", which allows users to engage with friends by exchanging word count challenges, promoting accountability and motivation.

Understanding that many students struggle with time management and often procrastinate until the last moment, Float seeks to address these challenges. We recognize that last-minute efforts can adversely affect both academic results and mental well-being.
